check in was speedy and friendly. evening buffet has quality food with large variety. christmas and new year galas had excellent food and entertainment. i ate at the burger and sushi lunch spots, and the service from ahmet, mustafa, and memix was super. lobby bar cocktails use top shelf spirits. the bar boss, goksell, is vast experienced.

i will say, its hard find a chair near the main pool in the afternoon.

i had a problem with my room on arrival. my request for connecting rooms wasn't met. instead, the hotel gave us rooms on separate floors. this was not convenient for my family.

the rooms were kept clean. i suppose that was acceptable.

my room smelled strongly of damp. the drain odors was awful. staff moved me to another room but the sink was broken. i was then moved to a third room where the air conditioning barely worked. i didn't want to move again so i just stayed in the third room. this hotel seems run down.

the room cleaning weren't great. the cleaning staff raised their voices at me and wasn't friendly to the kids. they seemed unhappy when i asked for a room cleaning when we were still inside.
