cheerful beautiful

friendly check quality food excellent entertainment top spirits

check in was speedy and friendly. evening buffet has quality food with large variety. christmas and new year galas had excellent food and entertainment. i ate at the burger and sushi lunch spots, and the service from ahmet, mustafa, and memix was super. lobby bar cocktails use top shelf spirits. the bar boss, goksell, is vast experienced.

i will say, its hard find a chair near the main pool in the afternoon.

i found a good variety of dishes at the main restaurant. the private beach was clean and quiet. rooms were clean and equipped with everything i needed, i appreciated the staff ensured they were well-kept.

the staff was attentive of five nights.

i had a problem with my room on arrival. my request for connecting rooms wasn't met. instead, the hotel gave us rooms on separate floors. this was not convenient for my family.

damp smell broken sink

the rooms were kept clean. i suppose that was acceptable.

my room smelled strongly of damp. the drain odors was awful. staff moved me to another room but the sink was broken. i was then moved to a third room where the air conditioning barely worked. i didn't want to move again so i just stayed in the third room. this hotel seems run down.

lovely gardens available food beach loungers unfriendly staff poor cleaning raised voice

the gardens were quite nice. there were lots of loungers near the beach. i could always find food available to eat there.

the room cleaning weren't great. the cleaning staff raised their voices at me and wasn't friendly to the kids. they seemed unhappy when i asked for a room cleaning when we were still inside.

The main pool was large. It had many water activities. Music played throughout the day near the pool area. The beach was clean. It had sufficient sun beds. The pier bar offered a relaxed atmosphere.

The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't very effective.
